I realised the importance of skincare when... I’d wake up with a full face of make-up on after a night out on the town…an open invitation for blocked pores and seriously dehydrated skin.
My daily beauty schedule includes... Foaming face wash, eye cream, face moisturiser. Oh, and I wash my hair – yes - everyday!
My favourite beauty treatments are... A long, strong relaxing scalp massage - hits sensors in your body that want to send you to sleep!
The beauty therapy I couldn’t do without... SLEEP! I used to take for granted an 8-10 hour sleep - now the mantra is to survive on four…and I’m happy with five! I’m still breastfeeding baby number two so I “nap” through the night.
The one piece of beauty advice I’m going to give my daughters is... Keep your face out of the sun. Mums do know best…I wish I had listened to mine! | |
